Bob and Barbara Zielinski
Bob and Barbara were married in 1970, two weeks before Bob entered the Army. They have three grown children and one grandson.
They have been Marriage Educators since 1974. Bob and Barbara are national trainers and serve on the National Board of Trustees for National Marriage Encounter. They have written two books: Guide for Teams, the official National Marriage Encounter training guide, and Training Teams, a marriage enrichment train-the-trainer manual, as well as numerous articles. They were featured speakers for many national marriage conferences since 1977. Bob and Barbara also served on Marriage Encounter Boards in three states and as Executive Chair for National Marriage Encounter of North Texas for many years. They are former chair couple for the Healthy Marriage, Healthy Families Coalition of Tarrant County Texas and are certified in over 15 marriage education curricula.
Bob and Barbara were appointed by the University of Maryland as GSE-12 trainers for the E-Life 80 Marriage Enrichment Project for the 7th Army Chaplain Corps in Europe. They served soldiers from 35 different military bases throughout Germany providing marriage enrichment programs and trainings.
Bob is an Honorable US Army Veteran who served in the Signal Corp in 1970. He has a BA in Humanities and retired from 24 years in the airline industry as a Strategic Analyst.
Barbara has a BA in History, MA in Interdisciplinary Studies and recently retired after over 20 years in Texas schools where she served as teacher, curriculum designer and mentor.

Tracy and Elizabeth Reep
Sergeant Tracy Reep, of the Texas Army National Guard (retired) is a veteran of the War on Terror. He served in the National Guard from 1989-2006 and was seriously wounded in the Sunni triangle in Iraq November 2003 when an enemy Rocket Propelled Grenade hit his escort vehicle. Tracy is a member of the National Board and Spokesperson for the Coalition to Salute America’s Heroes. His awards and commendations include: Purple Heart, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Award (3), Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terror Medal, NCO Development Medal (2), and Texas Meritorious Service Medal (2). Tracy is completing a BS in Human Resource Management. He works with Disabled Veterans Office Suppliers which is owned and operated by wounded and disabled veterans from the War on Terror. Tracy serves MMC as a Military Director.
Tracy’s wife, Elizabeth Reep has a BA and MA in Social Work. Elizabeth is the co-founder of Camp COPE, a therapeutic camp for children of wounded, deployed or fallen soldiers. She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is an experienced counselor with a private practice for couples and family counseling. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas, Arlington campus and collaborates with Millwood Hospital TX to provide group therapy for military service members. Elizabeth is Director of Counseling for MMC.
Tracy and Elizabeth have been married for 8 years and have two children. They are program facilitators and advisors for MMC.

Deacon Ron Aziere
Ron Aziere is the Spiritual Advisor for MMC. Ron is a career Air Force Sergeant who served in the Philippines and Viet Nam. Ron and his wife Cecilia, now deceased, served as program facilitators, Spiritual Directors and Chair Couple Director for National Marriage Encounter of North Texas for many years.

Roberta "Bobbi" L. Wolff
Bobbi has a BA, MA and a degree in nursing. She is an experienced drug and alcohol abuse counselor and worked for Tarrant County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services, as a counselor, Court Services Representative, as Clinical Director and Program Manager of that Agency’s Comprehensive Alcohol Treatment Program. She held a CDAAC (Certified Drug and Alcohol Abuse Counselor.) Bobbi is a trained mediator and therapist and instructor in Sciences at the Institute for Natural Healing Sciences.
Bobbi’s husband David, now deceased, was awarded the Silver Star for Gallantry in Action, four Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart. David retired from the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant Major. He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. After returning from his second tour in Vietnam, David was stationed at Yale University ROTC where he taught Military Strategy, Tactics and Military History.
As members of the 11th Armored Cavalry (the Black Horse Regiment) Veterans of Vietnam and Cambodia, both Bobbi and Dave were active in yearly reunions of the regiment. One of the focuses of this group has been the healing of the wounds of the Vietnam War. Bobbi often participated in wives groups of the regiment during reunions.
Bobbi and Dave were married thirty-five years and have five grown children. They served as group facilitators and Chair Couple on the Executive Board of National Marriage Encounter of North Texas. Bobbi is an on-site counselor, resource person and advisor during MMC programs.

Thomas Lozinski, Psy.D and Roseann Lozinski, EdD
Dr. Thomas Lozinski is MMC Director of Psychology and Counseling. His clinical expertise is in the treatment of combat veterans with Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and readjustment counseling. He has been awarded state and federal contacts from the Veterans Administration and State of New Jersey since 1983.
Dr. Tom is the former Chief Psychologist and Director of Research and Evaluation for Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University. He has numerous publications, presentations and awards for his methodologies and strategies in treating veterans and their families. He trains MMC facilitators and program attendees in recognizing signs of PTSD and recommends post-program follow up. Tom has a doctorate in Counseling Psychology. He has a private practice and also assists in training interns at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Dr. Roseann Lozinski is the MMC Business Advisor. Dr. Roseann has an EdD in Educational Leadership and has specialized in Early Childhood Education and School Business Administration. Roseann has served as the Business Administrator for several New Jersey school districts, handling budgets, contracts, financial planning. She also assists MMC with business and educational issues.
Tom and Roseann are active in church and community affairs. They have been married for 35 years and have two grown children.

Dr. Karl and Sue Oelke
Colonel Karl Oelke (US Army Retired) is Military Director for MMC Inc. He is a graduate of West Point who served one tour in Viet Nam and commanded an Air Defense Battery in Germany. He taught at West Point and at the US Army War College before becoming a professor and then Chair of the English Department at Union College NJ. He has published six articles and a book, worked on curriculum development, managed collective bargaining agreements, conducted fund raising activities and led long range planning processes. Karl is an ordained elder of his church.
Sue Oelke has a BA. She worked for Princeton University and also recorded readings for the blind and visually impaired. She serves with the MMC Directors of Education and Counseling.
Karl and Sue served as Executive Chair Couple for New Jersey Marriage Encounter, as facilitators on numerous Marriage Encounter programs and Chaired a National Marriage Encounter Conference.
Karl and Sue have been married for 50 years; have two grown sons and one grandson. They serve as general advisors and facilitators for MMC.

Barbara and Bob Lovelace
Barbara and Bob Lovelace serve as Marketing Directors for MMC. They offer strong experience with the business community and federal market in Washington DC area. Barbara Lovelace has a BA and MA in History. She is the owner of Winning Solutions, Inc., which she grew from a small personal consultancy to one of the leading consulting firms for proposal development in the federal government marketplace. She is a writer active in local historical societies and re-enactments, church activities and community fundraising.
Bob Lovelace has a BS in Public Administration with 35 years experience as a sales executive, trade association management and personnel administration. He formerly served as president of the McLean County, Virginia Rotary Club and board member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. He served on the Board of Directors of Youth for Tomorrow and Jacob’s Ladder. He currently counsels recovering addicts at St. Matthew’s House in Naples, Florida.
Bob and Barbara have been married 18 years; have seven grown children and 11 grandchildren. (Yes, there are two couples named Bob and Barbara in MMC.)

Mark Wiser
Mark Wiser is a Family Law Attorney licensed and practicing in both Texas and Utah. Mark has a BA and JD. He worked pro bono for victims of domestic abuse at the Fort Worth Women’s Shelter. He previously worked for a large, international corporation and lived in Paris, France for two years. He is an active church member and current Bishop of a local congregation.
Mark and his wife Sherrel have been married for 28 years and have three children. Mark is our chief advisor for corporate affairs and family legal issues.
